DAISUKE YAGI八木 大輔
2003年神奈川県生まれ。
2017 年 5 月、ピアノタレント国際コンクールにて大賞および聴衆賞受賞。同年10月ポッツォーリ国際ピアノコンクールにおいて第3位、13歳で史上最年少入賞を果たす。
2018年3月スタインウェイコンクール in Japan にて大賞および聴衆賞受賞。同年5月チッタ・ディ・カントゥ国際ピアノ協奏曲コンクール古典派部門で第1位（史上最年少受賞）併せてベートーヴェン賞受賞。
2019年6月、アンドレア・バルディ国際ピアノコンクールにて、史上最年少で第1位受賞。同年 11 月チッタ・ディ・スポレート国際ピアノコンクー ルにて史上最年少で第1位受賞。
2021年9月モツアルテ国際ピアノコンクールにて史上最年少で最上位（1位無し第2位）入賞。
2022 年9月ラ・パルマドーロ国際ピアノコンクール史上最年少で第1位受賞。
2023年7月リヨン国際ピアノコンクールにて史上最年少で第1位受賞。
現在、慶應義塾大学文学部およびモーツァルテウム大学（ザルツブルグ）に在学中。2023年度慶應義塾塾長賞。（株）IDホールティングス支援アーティスト。シャネル・ピグマリオン・デイズ 2020-2022 参加アーティスト。
Daisuke Yagi, Piano
Born in Kanagawa, Japan, in 2003, Daisuke Yagi currently studies under Connie Shih at Mozarteum University and Aki Kuroda at Accademia del Ridotto, and is mentored by notable musicians such as Tatiana Zelikman, Dmitry Bashkirov and Alexander Gadjiev. Additionaly, he majors in Aesthetic and Science of Arts (philosophy) at Keio University.
He won Third Prize at the POZZOLI International Piano Competition in October 2017 at the age of 13, becoming the youngest in history to receive one of the top three awards at this prestigious contest, whose past winners include Maurizio Pollini.
He went on to become the youngest-ever First Prize winner at Città di Cantù International Piano Competition in 2018, Andrea Baldi International Piano Competition in 2019, Città di Spoleto International Piano Competition, La Palma d’Oro International Piano Competition in 2022, and Lyon International Piano Competition in 2023.
He was a Chanel Pygmalion Days Artist from 2020 to 2022 and has been a ID Holdings Artist since 2020 to the present.
